This is a once in a generation historic gathering for Reform Jewish leaders, such as yourself. These are the people who will be there to celebrate the past and create the future.

Much of our time will be focused on small group dialogue, and we want to hear your voices! This gathering will inspire you to think holistically about what it means to be a Reform Movement and create vibrant Jewish communities. The URJ 150 gathering will give you language, ideas, and help you envision new ways to think about the future. You will be infused with joy and spirituality, while being empowered to engage with new communities and create lasting social change.

Congregational leaders
We see you and know that you're currently leading your communities through challenging times. We want to hear the voices of URJ congregational leaders as you bring your valuable perspectives to our conversations. During the celebration we will look back at the impact the Reform Movement has had on North America, and look ahead to imagine the Movement’s collective future.

MOVEMENT LEADERS
This gathering is a valuable opportunity for North American Board members, congregational staff and affiliate members, and social justice leaders to connect with one another. Over the course of the weekend, we'll look back at the impact our Movement has had over the past 150 years and envision our future.
Much of the weekend’s programming will focus on small group discussions. Are you a social justice leader? Your voice in these conversations will be critically important! We are also looking for movement leaders who would be willing to lead these discussions, serve as table hosts, and act as conference ambassadors (we’ll provide training before the gathering)!

OUR CAMP COMMUNITY
Camper and staff alumni and camp committee members will be there to connect and dream about the future of URJ camp and immersive experiences. Our camp community will spend time learning from each other through small group discussions with others who are committed to strengthening our camp experiences.

YOUTH LEADERS
As we think about the future we need the people who are the future as part of the event. We are seeking youth leaders, representing congregations, NFTY, Camps and Immersives to join us and be part of the dialogue and discussion. Your input and thoughts are not only important, they are critical to how the Reform Movement looks to the future. We hope you will join us.
